Thank you for choosing Crane’s Beach House Boutique Hotel & Luxury Villas!
Our Front Office is open daily from 9 am to 9 pm. If you cannot arrive before 9 pm, please follow these instructions for accessing our property after hours.
Late Arrival Instructions:
1. When you approach our gate, you will see a telephone dial pad. Please enter *(star)1007; this will unlock the gate.
2. Proceed to our front office. On the right side of the door, there is a metal box on the wall. Press 107 and turn the handle. Inside, you will find an envelope with your name and your four-digit guest access code for your room.
3. To access your room, enter the four-digit code on the smart lock keypad. If you are staying in a Luxury Villa, please select the check mark (√) after entering your code. When you exit, the door will automatically lock after two seconds. (Note: The villas do not automatically lock.)
Please come to the Front Office in the morning to complete your check-in and say hello. It is important to complete your registration, as the four-digit entry code to your room will expire at 12 pm on the day following your arrival.
We understand that you may not be able to visit the Front Office by 12 pm the next day to complete your registration. If you need more time, please contact the Front Desk before 12 pm to arrange a convenient time for you.
