Our New Safety Standards

Crane’s Beach House has launched a new set of safety protocols effective immediately to enhance the guest experience while providing customers with all the essentials they need to combat COVID-19

Now that travel restrictions are slowly being lifted across the country, Crane’s Beach House Boutique Hotel & Luxury Villas is poised to return as everybody’s favorite family holiday destination in South Florida. However, the safety of our guests and staff is paramount, and we’ve instituted the following steps to ensure that our property remain a safe place to stay for all who come to experience it:

Complimentary Stay Safely Welcome Kits

All guests will be offered a complimentary “Stay Safely Welcome Kit,” upon arrival. Each kit will contain two disposable face masks, a pair of disposable single-use gloves, five packets of hand sanitizers, and antiseptic wipes. These will be available in every guest room upon arrival, and all guests will be required to wear masks in the hotel’s public areas. Our Stay Safely Welcome Kits will be offered to all guests even after the CDC and government social distancing mandates are relaxed. The kits are free of charge and will be provided while supplies last.

Strict Policies for Our Staff Members

Every staff member at Crane’s Beach House is instructed to wear masks at all times in all areas of our property. We enforced a “No Contact” guest relations process where guests can receive personal attention without coming into direct contact with any staff member. This includes entry-free amenity deliveries and remote check-in and check-out procedures. Daily housekeeping has also been limited to pre-check in and post-checkout during this time. Further safety measures required us to discontinue complimentary breakfast and food or beverages at the poolside tiki bar.

Sanitization Measures Around the Clock

Throughout the day, we thoroughly clean and sanitize all of our surfaces, handrails, doorknobs, restrooms, kitchens, and all other facilities to keep guests and staff safe. We are also providing hand sanitizers in all areas for guests and staff members to use as much as possible. Every member of our team will adhere to strict hand washing guidelines to ensure the most sanitary environment for everybody’s comfort and protection. Crane’s Beach House only uses CDC-approved cleaning products and deep cleaning techniques recommended by government health regulators.

Flexible Bookings for Our Customers

We are now offering even more flexible booking options to give our guests greater peace of mind. We understand the unknowns of planning a trip in these times, and the uncertainty of dealing with ever-changing travel regulations. Therefore, we have implemented flexible reservation policies to protect any postponement or cancellations. Our customers can take advantage of making a booking, knowing that they will be reimbursed if any plans change. We encourage guests to book directly with Crane’s as opposed to a third party to ensure the most efficient and seamless experience possible, particularly in the even that any changes or updates to need to be made to the reservation.

Book Early and Save Summer Sale

Crane’s Beach House is running its annual Book Early and Save Summer Sale. The longer you stay with us, the cheaper your room rate gets. We incrementally increase a percentage off your nightly room rate for the duration of your stay. If you spend over two nights with us, you will get 15% off, and then another 20% if we have you for up to four nights, and so on.
